The Professional Regulation Commission has announced the schedule and guidelines for the Online Oathtaking Ceremony for newly registered Real Estate Service Practitioners. This virtual oath taking event allows newly qualified professionals to formally take their Oath of Professional online without attending an in person ceremony.

The Online Oathtaking for new Real Estate Service Practitioners is set for:

10:00 A.M.
Via Microsoft Teams (PRC-organized virtual platform)
This initiative aims to support newly licensed real estate professionals, especially those who are unable to attend traditional mass oathtaking ceremonies due to distance or scheduling constraints.
Requirements & Registration
To participate in the online oathtaking, qualified individuals must:
Secure an Online Appointment
Visit the official PRC online portal at https://online.prc.gov.ph
and select “e-OATH” as your transaction type.
Register Before the Deadline: PRC requires online registration to be completed at least five (5) calendar days prior to the oathtaking date.
Print the Oath Form
Download and print the OATH OF PROFESSIONAL form from the PRC’s official online services page. This printed form must be prepared before the ceremony.
Dress Code and Background
Inductees are expected to wear formal or business attire and use a plain white background (physical or virtual) during the virtual oath taking ceremony.
