Exam & Result Overview

The November 2025 CELE was administered on November 22, 23, 2025, across PRC testing centres in various cities including NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga. 

According to Resolution No. 2099 s. 2025, PRC expects the official results to be released on November 28, 2025, subject to change.

Criteria for “Top Performing Schools”

In accordance with PRC Resolution No. 2017-1058 (C) Series of 2017, a school is considered a “Top Performing School” when it meets the following:

At least 50 examinees from the school took the CELE.
Achieved an overall passing percentage of 80% or higher.

What to do after Passed PRC CELE Examination

If you passed the exam and your school is among the top performing:

Online registration:- Visit the PRC’s official registration portal to schedule your appointment for obtaining your Professional ID and Certificate of Registration.

2.Required documents:

Notice of Admission (NOA) for identification only. 
Completed Oath Form.
Two (2) passport sized ID photos on white background, with name tag. 
Two (2) sets of documentary stamps. 
One (1) short brown envelope.
Sign the Roster of Registered Professionals in person.

Oath taking ceremony for CELE

Register no later than 12:00 PM the day before the scheduled date. You may attend a face-to-face or virtual oath-taking. If you cannot attend the mass event, you may request a special session. 
Results verification:– A few days after posting, you may verify your rating via the PRC website’s verification page using your exam name, application number, first and last name, and birthdate.
