How to Register for CELE Oath Taking (Online or Face to Face) Schedule, Requirements, and Guidelines

CELE Oath Taking: After the November 2025 CELE results are officially released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), all Sucessful Civil Engineering board passers are required to attend and complete the Oath Taking Ceremony before they can proceed with the initial registration (PRC ID and Certificate of Registration issuance).

CELE Oath Taking Schedule (November 2025 Passers)

PRC will release the official details regarding the oath taking date, venue, time, and mode (face to face or virtual) shortly after the list of passers is published on November 28, 2025.

PRC Oath Taking Format:

Face to face Mass Oath Taking for board passers
In some cases: E-Oath (online oath taking) through PRC’s LERIS system

How to Register for CELE Oath Taking (Online or Face to Face)

Go to the PRC online portal: online.prc.gov.ph [ Direct Link ]

Steps:

1. Log in to your PRC account.
2. Select E-Oath” under the transaction menu.
3. Choose Oath Taking Schedule (date/venue provided by PRC).
4. Print your Oath Taking Certificate.

2. Face to Face Oath Taking

If PRC conducts physical ceremonies:

Select the venue provided by PRC (e.g., PICC, convention centers, regional PRC offices).
Bring the printed Oath Form, ID, and dress in formal attire.

Requirements for CELE Oath Taking

1. Oath Form (OF-119) printed from your PRC LERIS account
2. Complete Personal Details on PRC profile
3. Valid IDs (Government issued)
4. Appointment Slip (for E Oath)
5. Formal Attire
6. For Face-to-Face: Vaccination card or other required documents (if applicable)

After the Oath Taking: Initial Registration

Once the oath taking is completed:

Proceed with PRC Initial Registration

Steps after oath:

1. Log in to PRC LERIS
2. Click “Initial Registration”
3. Secure payment
4. Upload needed documents
5. Claim:

PRC ID
Certificate of Registration

Bring:

Oath Form
2 pcs passport-size photos, white background
Documentary stamp
Completion and validation receipts
