The PRC has announced the upcoming face to face mass oathtaking for newly licensed midwives, a significant event for professional induction and registration.

Here are the confirmed dates and venues for the 2025 oathtaking of new midwives:

For those who passed the midwife licensure exam, these sessions provide flexibility, choose the date and venue closest or most convenient.
Registration & Attendance:-
If you plan to attend, follow the PRC’s advisory:

Register by 12:00 NN the day before the oathtaking via PRC’s official portal (online.prc.gov.ph) to confirm attendance.

Simply registering on the system does not guarantee a slot, you must secure a ticket. Seating is limited and allocated on a first come, first-served basis.

Inductees must print the “Oath Form” that comes with a unique QR code, and bring it to the oath-taking venue for attendance verification.

After the oathtaking, new midwives must proceed with Initial Registration by booking an online appointment through PRC’s portal.
For those who cannot attend in person, PRC provides alternatives: an online oathtaking or a special oathtaking. Announcements will be published once dates and schedules are finalized.

After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at https://online.prc.gov.ph
