The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has officially announced the face-to-face mass oathtaking for newly licensed agriculturists, a milestone event marking the formal induction of successful examinees into the professional ranks.
Date & Venue
The mass oathtaking is scheduled for December 19, 2025, to be held at the Plenary Hall of the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) on Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City.
How to Register & Confirm Attendance
All successful examinees who wish to attend the face to face oathtaking must register no later than 12:00 NN of the day before the scheduled date via the official online portal at online.prc.gov.ph

It is important to note that merely registering on LERIS does not guarantee a seat. Actual attendance is secured only when a ticket is obtained, seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
What Inductees Need to Do

They must print the “Oath Form” generated with their own QR code. This printed form is to be submitted at the oathtaking venue for attendance verification.

After the oathtaking, inductees should proceed with their Initial Registration by booking an online appointment via the PRC portal.

For those who are unable to attend the face to face event, PRC offers alternatives:

Join an online oathtaking (e-OATH) when scheduled, or

Request a special oathtaking.

Tickets can be secured online between December 1 to December 11, 2025 via a special registration link.

For in person purchase, tickets will also be available at the PRC office: Room 315, Don Lorenzo Building, 889 P. Paredes St., Sampaloc, Manila — from December 4 to December 18, 2025 (09:00 AM–04:00 PM), excluding weekends and holidays.
