The Professional Regulation Commission has officially announced the face to face mass oathtaking ceremony for new Mining Engineers who successfully passed the Mining Engineers Licensure Examination (MELE). Oath Taking Schedule

Time: 4:00 P.M.
Venue: Bai Hotel Cebu, Mandaue City, Cebu
All eligible examinees are invited to attend the face to face oathtaking ceremony, which is a formal requirement before they begin practicing as registered professionals.
Registration and Attendance Instructions
To participate in the oathtaking:
All successful examinees must register online by 12:00 Noon on the day before the event via the official PRC online portal (http://online.prc.gov.ph)
Registrants are required to print their Oath Form with their personally generated QR code.
The printed Oath Form with QR code must be presented at the oathtaking venue for attendance validation.
This ensures proper documentation and confirmation of participation during the ceremony.
Options for Those Who Can’t Attend
If certain new Mining Engineers are unable to attend the face to face oathtaking:
They have the option to take the oath through an online oathtaking session, or
They may request a special oathtaking schedule.
Announcements for these alternative sessions will be posted once dates and arrangements are finalized.
After the Oathtaking Next Steps
Upon completing the oathtaking ceremony, all inductees should proceed with their Initial Registration. This process also takes place through the PRC’s online appointment system. Successfully completing both the oathtaking and initial registration is essential to receive professional credentials and begin practice as licensed Mining Engineers.
